Lisa Marie Sipe receives Professional Development Grant from Arizona Commission on the Arts
Lisa Marie Sipe, a Phoenix-based painter, has received a Professional Development Grant from the Arizona Commission on the Arts, which provides funding support for participation in artistic development and skills building activities or opportunities that contribute to the professional growth and career development of the artist.
